The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Pro Auto Diagnostics ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Pro Auto Diagnostics ltd.

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Refund and Returns Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made via this website or in person. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. This policy is binding and may be updated or amended at our discretion, including with retrospective effect for all non-fault returns.

1. No-Fault Returns and Refunds

• Non-Business Customers (consumers without a VAT number):
  No-fault refunds (i.e. returns not due to a defect or error on our part) are subject to a 30% administrative fee. This charge is non-negotiable and covers handling, processing, and restocking.
• Business Clients (customers with a valid VAT number):
  A reduced 15% administrative fee will apply to all no-fault returns.
• After 30 Days:
  No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after 30 days from the date of purchase. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced in accordance with your statutory rights.
• Items missing minor components (e.g. cables, accessories, etc.) or with battery issues that can be rectified via postal delivery do not constitute a basis for refund. We will send replacements where necessary.

2. Orders and Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 working days, although this is not guaranteed. Delays may occur depending on demand, stock levels, or courier availability.

3. Software Subscriptions and Licences

• Software and subscriptions are supplied via third-party platforms and are subject to change or cancellation by the manufacturer. This is an inherent risk when purchasing via third-party resellers.
  • No refunds will be issued beyond 30 days after purchase.
  • Where possible, we will credit your account or extend your subscription to compensate for any valid service disruption.
• Server Downtime:
  Any interruption caused by our own server issues will be added back to your subscription time or otherwise credited.
• Ford Licences:
  No refunds will be issued once a Ford licence has been received and activated. Please ensure you understand the activation terms prior to purchase.

4. Product Descriptions and Usage

• All product specifications listed are provided by the manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, technician, or mechanic to determine suitability for their application and to operate the tool correctly.
  • We sell tools and software. We do not provide vehicle diagnostics, usage support, or repair advice.

5. Visual Content and Listings

• Images shown are for marketing and illustration purposes only. The exact contents of each package are listed in the product description and may differ from the image shown. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

6. General Conditions

• Amendments:
  We reserve the right to amend, update, or withdraw this Refund and Returns Policy at any time without notice. Any changes will comply with current UK consumer and online trading laws.
